Holiday Hours & Inventory shut down

First we have turkey …  then we have Christmas …

and then we count!

Happy Holidays!!

As we come into the holiday season there are holiday hours and inventory closures you need to keep in mind.


First, we will be closed for Thanksgiving on Thursday, November 23rd and Friday the 24th.

Second, we will be closed the entire week of Christmas, December 25th, flowing into the New Year and reopening on January 2nd.  After Christmas we will be completing our annual inventory, counting all 14,000 SKU’s (that’s about a million pieces!).  So, if you need product shipped before the end of the year you must have your order placed before December 22nd, if your order includes plating you must have it placed before December 14th if you need it out before the end of the year.

If you have any questions please give us a call and we’d be happy to answer them, but keep these dates in mind so we can all close the year out on a happy note!

Celebrating in the middle of a wee bit of destruction/reconstruction …

We are still a mess around here, and most are still in temporary workstations but even though there are no banners or balloons we are celebrating!  Craig Anderson has been with us for 25 years today! We are blessed to have such a dedicated and knowledgeable tech to serve our customers and very happy that Craig was lured back to Wisconsin so many years ago.  Thanks for your many years of service and hard work, Craig, we promise you will have walls and a desk again soon.  Allied wouldn’t be the same without you!

The sandbags have been removed and our reconstruction has officially begun! In an effort to minimize disruption to our operations the work will be done in phases over the course of the next few months.  Please check in here or Facebook for updates on our progress. You may also want to watch your packing slips, invoices, and emails for updates if there are disruptions that will impact you, we will always do our best to give you as much notice as possible!

We appreciate your understanding and patience, but most of all we appreciate the resilience of our team here.  This time of year can be tough in the best of conditions, we are so busy with parts flying in and out, both the size and number of orders have been high.  Almost every one of them has been displaced from their regular workstations, but they have continued to work long hours to try to keep up and help each other out, and all along they have maintained a fantastic attitude.  We couldn’t be more proud to have them on our team!!

7/14 – Flood update …

We are working as hard as we can to catch up from the flood closing.  We are short-staffed in both order and picking department and we had almost one hundred voicemails from customers asking us to return their calls.  With the rate that new calls are coming in it is unlikely we will be able to return your call today.  If you called and left a message I urge you to call us back or IF you are calling to place an order and can’t get through please consider faxing or emailing the order to us … fax 800-800-6189 or email to  We may get to your order faster that way. We HOPE that orders placed today may go out by Tuesday. We apologize for the inconvenience but are working as hard as we can to get back up to full speed … and normal Allied shipping times!

We have cleanup done to the point that tomorrow we will be able to be operational, answering phones again, taking, picking and shipping orders!  PLEASE bear with our hardworking staff as they try to get back up and running. We promise we will get your orders out the door as quickly as we possibly can but we do expect delays from the backlog and being short-staffed (we have a picker out on maternity leave!!).  Thank you for your patience and understanding!

Independence Day

Hooray for a new phone system!

Friday morning, March 10th we will finish the installation of a new phone system at Allied.  This will require a shut down of all phones and our internet that morning.  We hope to have everything finished and back up and running by 9AM central standard time but there may be a few hiccups along the way.  We will update this page and our Facebook page if we experience any difficulty.  We hope the new system will be a wonderful long term solution to our communication at Allied.  Thank you for your patience and understanding!
