Craig Anderson

Craig Anderson is our warehouse manager and “answer person” at Allied Supply. Since the age of two, when he would repeatedly disassemble and reassemble a percolator, he has never stopped taking things apart and putting them back together again.

After attending college as a music major for two years at Gustavus Adolphus College in St. Peter, MN, he decided that he wanted to work with his hands. He graduated from Red Wing Technical College in 1978. From then until 1992, he owned and operated his own repair business and pipe and tobacco shop — The Vagabonds — in Flagstaff, AZ. He then moved back to the Midwest with his family and has been with Allied Supply Co. ever since.

Red Wing Tech College (now MN SE Technical College) named Craig the 2008 Outstanding Alumnus. He is a NAPBIRT master clinician and has given clinics throughout the US. Craig received the highest honor NAPBIRT confers and received a well-deserved lifetime membership award at their convention in 2019.

When not repairing, he spends his time making sawdust in his woodshop, listening to his extensive vinyl and CD collection or conversing with someone on the other side of the world via Ham radio. (According to his wife he has too many hobbies.)
